Baker/Prep Baker

We are currently accepting applications for BAKERS/PREP BAKERS for our scratch bakery. Duties for this position include mixing & baking cakes, cookie dough, brownies, bread pudding, quick breads and pound cakes as well as mixing frosting.

Schedule will include weekend shifts.

  • Applicants should have at least one year in bakery/pastry/professional kitchen experience or have recently completed a bakery program in an accredited school. 
  • The ability to follow a recipe & scale recipes accurately. 
  • Have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays. 
  • Must be capable of standing for long periods of time and be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must have a sense of urgency and be able to multitask.
  • Must have a sharp eye for detail and be able to produce a consistent and quality product.
  • Must display a commitment and willingness to learn, understand, and communicate with others.
  • Must maintain cleanliness.
  • Must be professional and accountable.
  • Must have a current food handlers license
